Report Damage: within 7 days of receiving product.

Please provide order number, description of damage, and photos of both the inside and outside of the packaging.

Exchanges

If you are completely unhappy with your purchase, contact us within 30 days for exchanges or store credit (no cash refunds). Proof of purchase required. You are responsible for shipping fees and returning the unused product to us, with no restocking fee.
